Collection releases

I release new collections every 1-2 months, scheduled on a specific date and time that I announce in advance on my website, email newsletter, and social media. I usually share a little behind the scenes as I’m making each collection, so you can follow along the creation journey.

Most of the pieces I make are one or few of a kind. If you have an eye on a particular piece, make sure you are ready to shop at the time of the restock, as some items may sell quickly. Email subscribers get early access to shop restocks and special offers. If you’d like early access and email updates about when shop restocks are scheduled, I invite you to join my email newsletter.

Custom work

I am no longer accepting custom work for the time being. I will likely open up this possibility in the future, but for now I am focusing on collection work. Be sure to keep in touch via my email newsletter or follow me on Instagram to stay up to date about new work!

Shipping

I use USPS Priority for domestic packages and UPS for international packages. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package ships.

For international packages, I charge a flat fee that represents the average cost to ship. If the shipping cost turns out to be lower (since price varies based on destination), I will refund any overage.

Note that for international orders, there may be custom fees on your end.

Ring resizing

If you only need your ring slightly sized up, I can easily hammer it up for you. If you need your ring smaller or a whole size larger, it depends: if the ring doesn’t have a stone, I may be able to resize it depending on the design; if it does have a stone, I generally don’t offer resizing. I take great care in setting stones securely, and this would require prying the stone from its setting which may damage the bezel and/or stone. This doesn’t mean resizing is impossible, but it avoids the risk of damage. As an alternative, I can transform the ring into a pendant so you can still wear the stone.

Returns

I do my best to accurately represent each piece through the photographs and descriptions, but if there is any reason you may want to return a piece, please reach out to me within 1 week of receiving your item and we can work something out.

Repairs & Touch-Ups

I want to make sure your piece lasts and makes you happy through the years! If a piece needs to be repaired or touched up, a missing earring needs to be replaced, or anything of that nature, just contact me! I’ll let you know what I can do based on your situation. There may or may not be a cost depending on what’s needed.
